Our Association Dues

Our luxury homes are located in developments managed by associations. To ensure that our developments maintain high standards, the board of directors and Allison Whittaker - Zimmerman Home Builders assess, collect, and disburse assessments as authorized by the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs).

We strike a sensible balance between the services we offer, the quality of our programs, and the staff resources required to deliver them. We strive to maintain cost effectiveness, congruence with our stated mission, and adherence to our budget.

Our annual budget determines the assessment against each homeowner. We are only required to notify the homeowner according to the address stated on the lot deed. If you, the homeowner, change your address on the deed, you are obligated to notify us of the change and provide copies of the deed.
